Avalanche is one of the fastest growing ecosystems in web3, and they had a challenge of streamlining comms and marketing around the different growth initiatives and new JVs. How do we turn single partnerships announcements to long term needle moving support to help solidify the Avalanche narrative, as well as help showcase the big non web3 partners joining Avalanche, as well as championing the core builders.

Help Avalanche get the word out about all the global bizdev deals as well as product announcements, mainly focused on the institutional and Defi departments. The main need was how to create longevity for these efforts, and not just single announcements about “partnerships/deals”
