Polygon, formerly known as Matic Network, is a layer-2 scaling solution with side-chains for off-chain computation, while ensuring asset security using the Plasma framework and a decentralized network of Proof-of-Stake (PoS) validators. It aims to offer scalable and instant blockchain transactions.
The MarketAcross team has been an important part of Polygon's success for several years now. They are always there to help, frame all of our 'tech talk' into stories, and their contacts in the space seem endless.

Challenge
Polygon (formerly known as Matic) wanted to help create awareness around the launch of their much anticipated mainnet, as well as help solidify themselves as the market leader in second layer solutions for the ethereum network. The challenge was communicating to journalists and bloggers the uniqueness of Polygon’s tech-heavy solution, as well as trying to mirror the amount of grassroots buzz and interest that Polygon enjoys inside the internal blockchain community. Our goal was to leverage the mainnet launch to create a positive brand awareness position for Polygon as the leading blockchain protocol from india, as well as the defacto market leader in 2nd layer scalability.
